Recall 24V49000
Steering System moves without command

Im looking at a Certified PreOwned 23 Eco Premium with 10k miles. I’m supposed to test drive it on Friday.
It looks like 37k vehicles are affected. And it looks like a fairly new recall and no remedy as of yet.
Has anyone dealt with this issue yet?
Can a dealership sell a car with an open recall?
