So I need a new steering wheel cause the original was cracked and was shaking when driving. So when I took the old off I noticed my upper bearing was junk and was missing the spring. I ordered the kit and replaced it but now it seems like my wheel won’t sit down all the way and my horn contacts don’t touch the horn ring on back of wheel. The cancellation cam also seem to be to far. Is there something I am missing, I have like 1/2” gap behaving wheel. I have a 65 coupe
